Flouré is a new kind of cooking school – one that sees cooking not merely as a craft, but as a means of connection. Founded by Florentine Schaap, the brand was born from a desire to bring people closer to their food, their intuition, and each other. Flouré stands for mindful learning, new rituals, and a deeper appreciation for what comes together at the table. Whether through a six-week course, a seasonal workshop, or a private dinner – at the heart of every offering lies knowledge, community, and experience.

Process
In close collaboration with the founder, OKKA Studio developed a visual identity that balances nature and clarity, emotion and structure. The design system is built on modular elements: the distinctive “O” in Flouré becomes a central graphic device – symbolizing community and continuity, evoking the image of a plate, and acting as a frame for content. The claim “The Table of Contents” was never intended as a static slogan, but as an active design tool – shaping layouts, guiding typography, and creating space within print and digital formats. The goal: to create a brand that builds trust and inspires – minimalist, but full of character.

Result
The new visual identity for Flouré is warm, confident, and flexible. Its color palette combines sunlit orange, soft rose, deep plum, and vibrant cyan with earthy accents – inspired by ingredients, textures, and moods from the kitchen. Typographically, the identity plays with contrast and nuance – combining clarity with distinct, expressive details. Flouré is an invitation to cook more consciously, share more openly, and rethink the meaning of food. A modern brand experience that connects – and nourishes.
